With deep experience in strategy consulting and operational leadership, he works closely with senior stakeholders to align corporate strategy with long-term value creation.

Katherine leads the development of our value proposition, shaping the strategy for process mining and AI use cases. She partners closely with clients to define priorities, develop expansion roadmaps, and ensure consistent delivery quality across the account portfolio. With a strong foundation in strategy, analytics, and transformation, Katherine drives measurable business outcomes and long-term value.

Karen has driven growth in the process mining deployments, developed new business strategies, and overseen the implementation and optimization of processes. Her ability to standardize value chains, monitor SLAs, and lead quality management initiatives has resulted in significant operational improvements.

As the Managing Director for DACH, Gabriela focuses on driving growth and expanding our presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, building strong client relationships and leading our talented tech teams to execute impactful Process Mining projects.

The spark between process mining, RPA, and AI first ignited when Sari experienced the power of these technologies as a customer. Since then, they’ve been inseparable. As Delivery Director at Ofi, she is passionate about translating complex data into real business impact—both for clients and within Ofi’s own teams.
