We are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales efforts and partnerships. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and developing new business opportunities for Ofi and our partners.
As a BDR at Ofi, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, creating opportunities for our Account Executives, and expanding our reach within key industries. Your primary focus will be on proactively engaging with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. You will play a crucial role in establishing connections with C-level executives, VP-level stakeholders, and other decision-makers, effectively communicating how OFi and Celonis can support their business transformation goals.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with our sales team, Celonis, and other strategic partners to align efforts and maximize joint opportunities. Your ability to understand the needs of prospects, tailor messaging accordingly, and secure high-quality sales meetings will directly impact OFi’s success. Managing a structured pipeline and ensuring consistent follow-ups will be key to maintaining momentum and driving conversions.
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and Spanish is a plus. Given the nature of the role, you should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setup while being open to traveling when needed. A self-starter mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment are essential.
Responsabilidades
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Develop creative strategies to reach key decision-makers within target industries.
Research accounts to understand their business challenges and position Ofi's solutions effectively.
Pipeline Development & Sales Support
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they align with Ofi's target market.
Secure and schedule high-quality sales meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain an organized pipeline and track engagement efforts in the CRM system.
Collaboration with Partners & Internal Teams
Work closely with Celonis and other strategic partners to align sales efforts and co-develop business opportunities.
Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and leadership to optimize outreach strategies.
Share insights on market trends, prospect feedback, and potential areas for growth.
Market & Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of Celonis’ Execution Management System (EMS) and Ofi's value proposition.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Process Mining space.
Act as an evangelist for Ofi's expertise and services in business transformation and process optimization.
Sales Process Optimization
Proactively suggest and implement improvements in sales development strategies.
Experiment with different outreach approaches and messaging to increase engagement rates.
Contribute to Ofi's overall sales and growth strategy by identifying untapped market segments.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting.
A proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification, with the ability to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, consultative selling, and relationship building.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze customer needs, identify pain points, and articulate how OFi’s solutions can provide value.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch & English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Europe as needed to support partner and customer engagements.
